Where data lives
We keep client data in the smallest number of places that will do the job, and we tell you which ones before we start.
- Data residency
- UK or EU regions by default. If your engagement requires a specific region, we set that up at the start rather than migrating later.
- Your infrastructure
- Where you would rather data never leaves your estate, we build and deploy inside your own cloud accounts.
- Sub-processors
- We name every third party that will touch your data before the engagement begins, and we tell you in advance if that list changes.

Access and offboarding
- Least privilege
- We ask for the narrowest access that lets us do the work, and prefer read-only until a change is actually needed.
- Named people
- You know which engineers hold credentials to your systems. There are never anonymous hands on your account.
- Offboarding
- When an engagement ends we hand over, then remove our access. Ask and we will confirm in writing once it is done.

Paperwork
- NDAs
- Signed on request, before a discovery call if you prefer.
- Contracts
- Scope, cost and ownership in writing before work starts. You own what we build for you.
- AI and your data
- We do not train models on your data, or feed it to third-party models, without explicit written agreement about which data and which provider.
